The entire equipment consists of three parts: furnace body, material boat pushing device, and temperature control system. 2. The heating elements are distributed above and below the furnace, and are installed in a pull-through manner on both sides of the furnace body, making installation and maintenance very convenient. 3. The temperature control system consists of thermocouples, digital intelligent PID regulators, and thyristor, forming a closed-loop control system that can achieve automatic temperature control. 4. The push rod system is composed of one main push rod and three auxiliary push rods, which act separately according to the set program to achieve step-by-step circulation of the material boat inside and outside the furnace. 5. The flow rate of the protective atmosphere is displayed by the gas flow meter. The flow rate of various atmospheres can be adjusted according to the process needs. 6. The cooling water temperature is automatically controlled by the temperature control element to control the opening and closing of the solenoid valve. |
