What are the precautions for using a well type nitriding furnace?
1) Check the limit switch next to the manhole type furnace door or furnace cover to ensure that the main circuit is powered off after the furnace door or cover is activated.
2) Before using the well type furnace, ensure that the power connector is in good contact. The insulation of the power line meets the requirements.
3) The gas flow meter and pressure gauge equipped with a controlled atmosphere resistance furnace should indicate accurately and sensitively.
4) Resistance furnaces that are exposed to flammable atmospheres should have furnace temperature alarms and necessary interlocking devices to avoid explosions.
5) The grounding bolts of the furnace body should be firm and reliable.
6) The water temperature, water pressure, and flow relays should be installed in the water-cooled well furnace. If any abnormal situation occurs, the main circuit power should be cut off and an alarm signal should be issued.
7) The control of the explosion-proof safety device of the atmosphere furnace should be flexible and reliable.
8) The exposed electric heating element outside the furnace shell should be equipped with a safe and reliable protective cover.
