Well type tempering furnace is a furnace made by welding steel and steel plates, mainly used for tempering general metal parts in the air, as well as quenching, annealing, and aging heat treatment of light alloy parts such as aluminum alloy die castings, pistons, and aluminum plates.
The structure of the well type tempering furnace mainly consists of the furnace body, heating elements, and temperature control system. The furnace shell is welded by section steel and steel plate, and the furnace is built with Aluminium silicate refractory fiber module and ultra light high aluminum foam brick inside. The corrugated ribbon heating element is fixed to the furnace lining cotton through high aluminum ceramic nails. There is a heat-resistant plate welded into a material basket in the furnace, and the processed workpiece is placed inside the material basket. A ventilation device is installed on the furnace shell to force airflow circulation and ensure uniform temperature and gas distribution inside the furnace. The lifting of the furnace cover is completed by hydraulic lifting organization, and its power is provided by hydraulic equipment.
